Hi, I’m Caroline. I’m an exited founder and recovering sales hater.
I built this because I could’ve really used something like it when I was a seed-stage startup founder.
While my startup won customers like Wayfair, DraftKings, and ezCater, finding recurring revenue and undeniable product-market fit was a challenge for a few big reasons:
I simultaneously avoided and put too much pressure on every sales call
We tinkered on elements of the product that weren’t going to impact sales (but we didn’t sell enough to know that)
We overthought our sales motion, wasting precious time, instead of leaning into action
I focused too much on what we wanted to build rather than what the market wanted to buy
We exited our startup because revenue wasn’t repeatable enough.
I became obsessed with understanding what we could have done differently.
I worked in Go-to-Market at a late-stage startup, and studied the feedback loop between sales, marketing, and product. I read everything I could about the differences between early-stage sales and late-stage sales. Ultimately, I started consulting with founders to test what I was learning.
Since 2024, I’ve coached and trained over 150 founders. I am a Go-to-Market coach for Visible Hands and Company Ventures. I have run sales workshops for JFF Ventures and InnovationWorks.
My theory of change is that startup success shouldn’t just be for the darlings of Silicon Valley or Sand Hill Road.
By training non-traditional founders on how to sell, I help founders who are often overlooked for venture capital to build a business that can sustain itself on revenue alone.

I’ll help you swiftly clarify your target buyer hypothesis and test it, so that you don’t waste time building a product that folks just don’t want to buy.

No. The course material helps you clarify any and all hypotheses about the market and what they want to buy from them – and swiftly test their viability through real sales outreach.
Without testing them directly with the market, you’ll be spending time with too much hypothetical data and thinking, which is ultimately harmful to your startup’s health.

There is no required commitment. However, I recommend that you stick with it for three months so you can get the full value of the content and begin implementing your learnings. Getting in the swing of true founder-led sales takes time, and I encourage you to plan for that.

Members can purchase ad hoc 1:1 sessions at a discounted rate. You can also purchase a 1:1 advising package, where you’d have access to the membership plus two 1:1 calls per month.

If you can’t make it, the live events are recorded and shared in the content library. You’ll get more out of these events if and when you’re able to attend live, but there’s plenty of value in watching the playback.
