How it works
Step 1: A 90-minute discovery session where we’ll work together to get all the insights about your business and target buyer out of your brain. I’ll also get to know your vision and values.
Step 2: Then, I provide a founder-led sales curriculum and a coaching plan, based on your company’s stage and goals. We will use the frameworks and tools that I’ve seen work with dozens of other founders and leaders, including explainer videos and resources like outreach templates, sample sales decks, frameworks, trackers, and how-tos.
Step 3: We work together for six months building towards your tangible results. You get tactical advising on how to crack early sales, and the coaching support from someone who’s been in your shoes.
